My humble opinion is that if you want to be an expert in relating to devotees and people in general, you should study Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita, when Srila Prabhupada made the trip from India to USA, read Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita, and his gurudeva always said that it was his favorite book, the author Srila Krishna dasa kaviraj transmits his humility by saying in the Adi lila, 5, 205 and 206: CC Ādi 5.205 - I am more sinful than Jagāi and Mādhāi, and even lower than the worms of excrement. CC Ādi 5.206 - Whoever hears my name loses the result of his pious actions. Everyone who pronounces my name becomes a sinner. The essence of Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita is that everyone lived to satisfy Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, there was a center, and when His representative Srila Prabhupada came, everyone lived to satisfy Srila Prabhupada , and in the Bhagavatam 4, 28, 48 it is said that when the Acharya comes he establishes the principles of religion, but when he goes away the disorder becomes and thieves, bandits and opportunists take advantage of the situation, ... ..the first thing that made the demonic people dressed as devotees is stealing the movement from Srila Prabhupada, and so there was no center, chaos was created, chaos means that each person does what they want because they think that there is no authority here, so Corruption began to enter Iskcon, Kirtanananda killed Locana prabhu because he criticized him, there is a letter from Srila Prabhupada that says Kirtanananda is crazy. That is proven.
