THE ENJOYMENT

The enjoyment, by Javier Figuerola or Haripada dasa
Most people think that enjoying life means eating well, sleeping well, having lots of sex and living in a smart home, but that enjoyment is also experienced by dogs, donkeys, camels and other animals. The difference between animals and us is that we can experience spiritual enjoyments and animals do not. Most people have no experience of what spiritual enjoyments are, I will give some examples of spiritual enjoyments, a person bathes in the Ganges River, that person before bathing is a person, after bathing in the Ganges is A person totally different, a person makes the pilgrimage to the hill Govardhana, that person before making the pilgrimage to Govardhana is a person, after making the pilgrimage to Govardhana is a totally different person, a person sings every day 27,648 Names of God In the Maha-Mantra Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Branch Rama, Hare Hare (the H is read as J of jotta), that person before singing the 27,648 Names of God Of the Maha-Mantra Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Branch Rama, Hare Hare (the H is read as J of jotta), is a person, after singing the 27,648 Names Of God from El Ma Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Rare, Hare Hare (the H is read as J de jotta), is a totally different person, a person who practices the four principles Regulative, that is to say that it abandons the illicit sexual life, the games of chance, the drugs or intoxicants and the consumption of meat, fish and eggs, is a person, after practicing the four regulative principles, that is to say that it leaves the illicit sexual life , Gambling, drugs or intoxicants and consumption of meat, fish and eggs, is a totally different person. Material enjoyment is like a drop of water and spiritual enjoyment is like a great ocean, the person experiencing spiritual enjoyment is not attracted to material enjoyment, that is called experiencing a superior taste.
Srila Prabhupada always said that the materialists and atheists think that the pure devotees of God or Krishna are parasites in society, do nothing for the nation, or the family, are vague, also said that the basis of all these criticisms is Envy, and that the snake is considered the most cruel and envious living entity that exists, but those who are human beings and who envy others, are considered to be even more vicious than snakes. The snake can be subjugated or controlled by herbs and mantras of enchantment, but an envious person can not control anyone.
Thought to meditate:
"If one tries to interpolate the mundane within the spiritual, the subsequent result will be spiritual suicide, which is disastrous for the true transcendental life."

EACH CRAZY WITH ITS THEME

Each crazy with its theme, by Javier Figuerola or Haripada dasa
Each crazy with his theme means that each person gets involved in life with the topics according to their interest. In this world there are five themes, I will try to explain them, first religion, in human society there are various religious concepts described as Hindu, Christian, Hebrew, Mohammedan, Buddhist, etc., hypocritical people need to put a sign or stamp and say I belong to this religion or that, but we see in practice that no one obeys the precepts of their religion and thus deceive themselves and others, true religion means to know God and love Him, but people do not know what and who Is God, no one can love someone who does not know, from the very beginning of The Srimad Bhagavatam is rejected these deceiving religions. Srila Prabhupada always said that what people like most is to suffer and to deceive them, that is why those deceiving religions have so many followers, and also fight among them saying that my religion is better than yours. In deceptive religions God is asked for money, health, etc., in other words economic development, and for what .... To satisfy the third theme that is the complacency of the senses, people use their intelligence to know which alcoholic beverage is best, which restaurant is the best, which nightclub is the best, etc., today people get development Economic without having to go to God, that is why the fashion of today is to be an atheist, and live to the boyo, and dead to the hole, nobody is interested in knowing God and loving him, people only believe in money and in the Power, the fourth theme is liberation, when the spiritual soul gets tired of deceiving himself and others, of thinking that the purpose of life is to fill his belly, his belly fills his happy heart, to lead a life full of complacency of The senses, there ignorance deceives and you think it is God, and wants to merge with God, that's called spiritual suicide, it's like the prisoner who suffers a lot in prison and thinks that if I commit suicide will end this suffering. But there is a hope and there comes the fifth theme, the fifth theme is to know God and love Him, and how there is only God and His energies, naturally when a person awakens his love for God will love everyone and everything, All in relation to God. Srila Prabhupada gave us 80 books of 400 pages each describing the limitless names of God or Krishna, His forms, His qualities and His pastimes, and there are all the spiritual instructions necessary to know God and Krishna and love Him. Once I saw a video of Nostradamus saying that from the East would come an elder who always goes with a cane to inaugurate the universal religion, the chanting of the Holy Names of God The Maha-Mantra: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare, when Srila Prabhupada arrived in New York he sat in a park and sang The Maha-Mantra Hare Krishna, and there began his movement.

ANXIETY

Anxiety, by Javier Figuerola or Haripada dasa
We have physical illnesses such as the flu and others and there are also mental illnesses like madness and others and there are also diseases of the soul like anxiety and others. There was a great spiritual master who belongs to our disciplic succession named Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura, he was a High Court Judge, he made many trials every day and the verdicts were perfect and amazing, the English judges of his day were very attracted to this great Personality or pure devotee of God or Krishna once asked him how it was possible that we make several judgments every day and you make four times more judgments than we and your verdicts are always perfect, Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura replied that I make the judgments As quickly as possible because I feel very sorry to see that the accused is anxious to know the verdict. That is the difference between a pure devotee of God or Krishna and a materialistic and atheistic person, the pure devotee of God or Krishna suffers when he sees others suffer and is happy when he sees others happy in the consciousness of God or Krishna, his Attitude in life is that everything he does is to please God or Krishna and His devotees, and the materialistic and atheist person suffers when he sees others happy in the consciousness of God or Krishna, and is very happy when he sees others To suffer, his attitude in life is the law of the funnel, the breadth for me and the narrow for others, lives in the concept of self and mine, pure egoism.
We will all agree that each person has their customs, I share a custom of mine, when someone sends me a message online I have the habit of answering is ok received ...., so the person who sent me the message stays calm. People suffer from anxiety, from the President of the Government who has a head full of political problems to the simple sweeper. The question that arises is What is the cause of anxiety? This is explained very well by my spiritual master in the meaning of the Hare Krishna Maha-mantra, it says that we are parts and portions of God, that means that we are superior energy Of God, and when we come into contact with the lower or material energy, the situation is incompatible, but when we come into contact with the higher energy, called Hara or Radharani, the living entity is established in its normal happy condition. In other words, the process of the consciousness of God or Krishna is a practice of devotional activities that transfer us from the material world to the spiritual world that is our true home, that is called returning home to God. We would all like to have a free life and be happy, but that is not so easy, people generally think that happiness is in the complaisance of the senses, but we see in practice that in countries where there is more opulence for Complacency of the senses there are more suicides. We are not the temporal material body, but eternal spiritual souls, eternal loving servants of God or Krishna and His devotees, when we act in that consciousness there is eternal happiness and one lives without anxiety.
Thought to meditate:
"The slaughter of animals in slaughterhouses, bullfights, hunting and fishing, all these are acts of hatred and envy towards innocent animals."

TELEVISION AND FILM

Television and film, by Javier Figuerola or Haripada dasa
Television is a powerful tool that materialistic people have to expand materialism, and that is very damaging to a serious and sincere person in the spiritual life. On news or television news they will never tell you the truth, they will tell you what they want you to know, everything is manipulated by political and personal interests. About movies, everything is sex and violence, very few movies will give you food for the soul. Srila Prabhupada always said that people go to the movies because there they see that people suffer a lot, and thinking that I do not suffer so much, they feel relief. Television and cinema convey the current situation of society, seventy-five percent Is irreligion and there is a twenty-five percent religion, also the media such as Facebook and others one sees that there is no interest in people wanting to know God or Krishna and love Him, the only interest of people is the Complacency of their senses, power and money, and if you tell them that happiness is not there, but there is suffering they are put in pure anger, give good advice to a fool and will be angry. Srila Prabhupada always said that in Kali yuga practically all are demons and atheists, there are two kinds of people, demonic and divine, and what is the difference between them, the demonic people do not follow the laws of God and the divine ones.
By the mercy of God I have all the videos of Srila Prabhupada, there you see the activities of a pure soul and authorized by God to spread the awareness of God or Krishna. Once a journalist asked Srila Prabhupada that all great personalities perform miracles, what is his miracle? And Srila Prabhupada replied that you see these young Americans and Europeans, before they only made drugs, go after women, ate any garbage, before they were crows, now they are swans, now they only sing Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare, now rise at 4 o'clock in the morning to perform devotional activities, the one who gets up early becomes wise and healthy, now they have gone crazy for God and they are always Thinking of doing good to others without wanting anything in return, it is my miracle to turn crows into swans.
Thought to meditate:
"Instead of understanding their own position, people criticize others, the basis of that criticism is envy, and envy is the cause of fear, both in this world and in the next, when one is before the lord of the Punishment after death ".

THE EDUCATED PERSON

The educated person, by Javier Figuerola or Haripada dasa
By the mercy of Srila Prabhupada we understand and accept that the learned person is identified because he has three basic qualities, these are: 1) sees all women as mothers, except his own wife. There are seven mothers: the original mother, the wife of the priest, the wife of the king, the wife of the spiritual master, the nurse, the cow and the earth. 2) See the properties of others as straw on the street, in other words, be satisfied with what one has and not want or envy the property of others, and 3) Do to others what you would like them to do to you and Do not do to others what you would not want them to do to you. Can you imagine a society formed by people with these qualities? It would be a perfect society. We see how people today regard all women as their wives and their wife or ignore them. There is an inordinate competition for surpassing others, both personally and between nations, and no one thinks of the welfare of others. All are politicians, politicians are those who make plans to be happy without thinking about the welfare of others. At present a person is considered educated by its diplomas and titles and not by its qualities. The spiritual culture of India was killed by people who invented or speculated that one can belong to the high class or be a priest by birth, but in the Holy Scripture it is said that one belongs to the higher class or priest by qualities, not It matters his birth. Srila Prabhupada was authorized and empowered by God or Krishna to revive the spiritual culture of India, by his mercy and his instructions converted people from all over the world who were like ravens in swans. There is a story on this subject: The Himalayas were going to give birth, to have offspring, and gathered there all the most important people in the universe, and everyone was in great expectation. They sounded timpani and other musical instruments, and what gave birth to Himalaya? A mouse. Everyone was very frustrated. So today, so many austerities and sacrifices that people make to get a career, and then when they get the diploma, they have to go with their curriculum, wagging their tail like a puppy, looking for a master. This is very unfortunate. And in colleges, it was once considered a very bad thing for a child to throw paper balls at another child in the classroom, or to pay no attention to the teacher; But today, a young man with a machine gun goes and starts killing his companions for no reason, my God! How things have changed for the worse.
Today chaos reigns, finding a balanced person is very difficult, that to say find a pure devotee of God or Krishna, so that all this negativity does not affect you one must be very strong spiritually, it is as if it is very cold , You take shelter and you're done. Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati always said that whatever else they do, they do not concern me, I already have enough work chanting Hare Krishna and being happy and free.
