The masses are terrible

The masses are terrible, by Haripada dasa
In the books of the talks, Srila Prabhupada is talking with his disciples about the death of Jesus Christ and Srila Prabhupada said that Jesus Christ was killed by the masses, the masses are terrible, this statement by Srila Prabhupada has a lot of depth, when one enters the masses lose their individual identity and intelligence and get carried away by the masses, the basis of the masses is fanaticism and ignorance.
On a walk in Mayapur, March 14, 1976, Srila Prabhupada said that the whole world is a society of deceivers and deceived, that is the version of my guru-maharaja, so do not become a deceiver or let them deceive you, that It is intelligence.
Now the masses are called globalization, globalization means that there are very skilled people in deceiving themselves and others, those political leaders use the masses as tools to satisfy their personal ambitions, and how those political leaders live in the concept corporal and full of ignorance and envy create havoc in society.
The first thing that the Holy Scriptures of India such as Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam advise us is to come out of the darkness of ignorance and come to the Light, God or Krishna is the Light, and ignorance and illusion is the darkness, where God or Krishna is there can be no darkness. The masses are like a flock of sheep, they all go together, and if the leaders of those masses are people full of ignorance and envy take the masses down the street of bitterness, so one must be very brave and determined to leave of the masses and find their true spiritual being.
Srila Prabhupada always said that people do not understand the simplest truths of life because they live full of sinful activities. The first lesson in the spiritual life is that we must understand and accept that we are not the temporary material body but eternal spiritual souls, we are parts and portions of God or Krishna and our true happiness will be found by serving God or Krishna and His devotees.
Nowadays, this simple truth is not taught in educational institutions, nor is it taught by religions, hypocritical people need to put a wedge to identify with a religion, but those religions are false because they do not teach the truth, and leaders of those religions live like kings at the expense of the ignorance of their followers.
At the end of Bhagavad Gita, God or Krishna tells Arjuna to abandon all religions and just surrender to Me, I will free you from all your sinful activities, do not fear. True religion is knowing God and loving him, and since there is only God and His Energies, when one loves Krishna, naturally one will love everything and everyone, but people are not interested in knowing God or loving him, what people like most is to suffer and be deceived and live like a sheep in the masses and spend 24 hours a day lamenting.
