SPIRITUAL CULTURE

Spiritual culture, by Javier Figuerola or Haripada dasa
The essence of spiritual culture of India is always remembers God or Krishna and never forget, and all activities such as music, dance, theater, politics, etc., were intended to achieve that point. Unhappily for years political leaders of India absorbed in economic development have abandoned their spiritual culture and now imitate the West, the result has been utter chaos. It is very surprising that Srila Prabhupada before coming to the West tried to make devotees of God or Krishna in India and it was very difficult then to fulfill the order of his Gurudeva to preach in the West came to New York in 1965, from the year 1,965 to 1,977 that he disembodied, Srila Prabhupada hit around the world 14 times, wrote 80 books of 400 pages each, started more than 10,000 disciples, opened over a hundred temples and farming communities, answered more than 7,000 letters and in 1972 he founded the food for life to give food around the world, he was 69 when he arrived in New York and disembodied at 81, thanks to his inspiration many people abandoned illicit sex, gambling, drugs or intoxicants and consumption of meat, fish and eggs and sang every day 27,648 names of God in their rosaries.
Seeing the superhuman activities of Srila Prabhupada many people asked if he was God and always answered that I am not God, I try to be a humble servant of God, a servant of God is not an ordinary thing. Then Srila Prabhupada led his Western disciples to India and Hindus to see that Westerners were becoming devotees of God or Krishna, they also became devotees. Srila Prabhupada presented God consciousness or Krishna as a spiritual culture and as a spiritual science, so he always said that religion without philosophy is sentiment or fanaticism.
Thought to ponder:
"I pray to God or Krishna never offend any mobile or stationary living entity, because the offenses are the cause of all suffering."
