I'll try to explain some historical facts about how Srila Prabhupada wanted his movement should be continued as initiations after he went into his samadhi-lila.

After Srila Prabhupada entered his samadhi-lila on November 14, 1977 his disciples gathered in Mayapur in March 1978 and then came the big lie and strong delusion, that they were invented Srila Prabhupada had left them as gurus, and that Srila Prabhupada is a dead guru and now we are living gurus. Everyone knows that God or Krishna sent them serious karmic reactions and envy offending Srila Prabhupada.
The truth is that the current ISKCON leaders, gurus and authorities and their followers are the worst enemies of Srila Prabhupada, the only work of all is to prevent someone to serve and love Srila Prabhupada, the most practical proof that these people have no good feeling for Srila Prabhupada in the book is that 36 of the conversations Srila Prabhupada says are poisoning me and no one has done any research to catch the culprits and punish them, rather all rejoice that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned. Although God or Krishna is punishing with serious karmic reactions, these people living in oblivion and be very arrogant they think they are God's gift to humanity, these people are condemned for their large and serious offenses against Srila Prabhupada and his devotees. Srila Prabhupada is the Jagat-Guru, the Guru of the universe, the guru of all, do not be fooled by the worst enemies of Srila Prabhupada, these people just want to control and exploit others to please your senses, these people never authorized Srila Prabhupada to be gurus and just accept Srila Prabhupada as your savior.
