Until devotees understand or accept that Srila Prabhupada through his books is the Acharya for the next 10,000 years, there will be confusion, discrimination, injustice, abuse, bigotry, envy, prejudice, fear, etc..  This view that Srila Prabhupada is the Acharya for the next 10,000 years is the only one that can bring LOVE, TRUST AND HARMONY to all the devotees.  Kali-yuga means a lot of ignorance, it is inconceivable how people accept that one is a disciple of Srila Prabhupada only because they was initiated by Srila Prabhupada. In this letter we see Srila Prabhupada say that if someone does not sing its 16 rounds and follow the four regulative principles Srila Prabhupada never accept him as his disciple.

Prabhupad says in a letter to Raja Laksmi devi dasi on 17 February, 1976 that,  "My advise is always chant 16 rounds minimum and follow the four regulative principles. All of my disciples must agree on this point otherwise they are not my disciples. Let one live anywhere, but stick to the principles. Disagreements will continue in this material world. So one may live in a suitable place, but one must follow these five principles. My disciples must follow these principles living either in heaven or hell. I hope this meets you well. Your ever well-wisher, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami"

And in the CCL 15.111, it says that someone who has been duly initiated can become a mayavadi, and if someone who has not been duly initiated and chants Hare Krishna without offenses is better placed.
