LACTO-VEGETARIAN DIET

The idea is that by eating the wrong foods (junk food, refined sugar, salt, white rice, white bread, meat, fish, eggs, etc.) this creates too much acid in the body, this acid is the cause of all diseases. By eating alkaline foods, acid comes away and you get good health! YOUR HEALTH IS THE MOST VALUABLE! I thank God I've been eating a lacto-vegetarian diet since 1983 and I have not seen a doctor in all those years. In the Christmas of 2011 I took a blood test and Dr. Palacios told me I had a first class health. Of course you also have to put philosophy to diet and understand and accept that all the food God provides He has created, and before eating one should with love and devotion offer the food to God. And so the food becomes prasadam, GOD'S MERCY.
Breakfast: Take on an empty stomach a glass of water with half a lemon with some warming... (Food experts say that the lemon peel is thousands of times more vitamins than the juice itself, so I also like the lemon peel)After an hour 4 oranges with two teaspoons of honey.After two or three hours a pint of milk, 4 handfuls of oats, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, a little saffron, ginger and turmeric powder (ginger is to help to digest milk and turmeric is to neutralize mucus producing milk), a banana, 4 figs, dates and raisins 4. All this is crushed in a blender. This is a super-full breakfast.After an hour or two a glass of water with half a lemon and a little warming.By midafternoon eat some fruit of the season. (You should always take the fruit as a food, other things never mix with salt because it is inconsistent-- there are only 3 fruits that are neutral that can be taken both as salty sweet and these are the apple, papaya and banana)
Food: First a little ghee (clarified butter), some turmeric, asafoetida (hing replaces the onion) cumin, sea salt, cloves (this makes counteract mucus producing rice) and ginger (replaces ginger garlic) then put water and 4 handfuls of rice, 4 handfuls of lentils with night soaking, cooking amaranth (NASA says that amaranth is the only food that has everything what the body needs, so they give it to the astronauts), vegetables, potatoes, eggplant, broccoli, and the ones you like, while doing this I prepare salad, lettuce, tomatoes have less acid, pear, cucumber, olives , avocado, etc. with olive oil and seasame seeds (15 tablespoons sesame mixed with sea salt and grind in a blender, is a first class seasoning can take it worldwide), nuts, almonds, (leave to soak overnight and remove the skin which is very indigestible, almonds should always be peeled because their skins are toxic) or sunflower seeds, pumpkin, peanut, HEALTHY AND PURE FOOD GOODNESS! :)
And in the evening light, half a glass of water and some popcorn. The saying is that in the morning eat like a prince, at noon like a king and dinner like a beggar.
