At present a person is considered educated by its diplomas and titles and not by its qualities. The spiritual culture of India was killed by people who invented or speculated that one can belong to the high class or be a priest by birth, but in the Holy Scripture it is said that one belongs to the higher class or priest by qualities, not It matters his birth.
